OPTIMO ZOOMS

Renowned for their reliability and image quality, the iconic Angenieux Optimo zooms have been some of the most widely used cinema zooms for over 2 decades. These zooms cover Super 35 and feature sharp optics with minimal focus ramping and breathing. The lightweight zooms include the 15-40mm T2.6, 28-76mm T2.6, and 45-120mm T2.8 , while the standard zooms include the 17-80mm T2.2 and 24-290mm T2.8, which are heavier but feature extended zoom ranges while maintaining constant, fast aperture values.

DETUNED VARIATIONS

Modified "de-tuned" variations of the 28-76mm and 45-120mm zooms are also available, which have a slightly softer look, gentle halation, and subtle increased aberrations, reminiscent of the beloved Zeiss Super Speed look.
